ISO: What's your favorite dinner to make ahead and freeze?

In another week I am going to be traveling from IL to AZ to attend a baby shower for my daughter who is expecting twin boys in June. While I am there I would like to prepare dinner recipes and freeze them so that she can use them in these last couple months before the babies are born. What is your favorite dinner entree to make and freeze for use at a later date? I would really appreciate any recipes or suggestions that you can give me. Thanks in advance.
