ISO: White chocolate pudding

I'm looking for a name/recipe of a dessert we had recently on a Royal Carribean Cruise. It was a white pudding with a drizzle of raspberry sauce and sprinkled with pistacios. Our server had called it savrin, but I've not been able to link that name up with anything. He also thought it was a white chocolate pudding dish.
