ISO: Why the chewiness of English Toffee?
Misc.I made some toffee the other day and it sticks to your teeth really bad and is
very chewy after about 10 seconds in your mouth. Does anyone have any idea why
this is? Did I cook it too long? Not long enough? It had reached soft crack
on the candy thermometer.
I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!
