ISO: Would like to make simple (but great) dinner

I would like to make a great dinner tonight. I have a one year old and a husband who is a self proclaimed chef. ;-) I have to make it good. I have in the freezer ground beef, pork ribs, pork chops, turkey wings, chicken wings, and chicken breasts. I also have some frozen veggies. I have no clue. Help! Thanks so much.
