Thank You: A lot of jalapeno

Thanks for your help. I planted 3 jalapeno plants for the first time this year and have so many that I didn't know what to do with them. I will freeze them.
I also have a lot of cayenne peppers. I was told to put them in a paper bag and shake the bag often untill they dry.
