I would suggest chopping them and freezing them in serving size portions. This can be done in scoops on a plastic lined pan or in an ice tray. However you choose to freeze them, put them in something airtight, or your entire freezer will smell like a hot jalepeno. Also, they will freezer burn if not wrapped tightly.
