Hi Meg:
Enjoy these tarts. They are really good. The recipe recommends that the tarts be refrigerated but I never do that. I find that keeping them on the counter in a air tight container works well. You can experiment and see which way is right for you. A word of caution - they usually don't last that long.......Karen
