Thank You: Bea, this looks like the real McCoy!

Misc.
I used to watch a British cooking show. Can’t recall who was the chef. But the young lady really impressed me coz she didn’t measure much while she cooked. And she cooked to entertain friends and families alike and showed that she could juggle in between her kitchen and people. (Something that I haven’t achieved, apparently!)

In one of her shows, she made the most voluptuous Yorkshire pudding that I had ever seen. The method and ingredients were a lot like yours as I recalled her standing the mixed batter while preheating the oven with a tray in it. (something she said about the hot tray to give the volume or???) Anyway, The result was a BIGGEST Yorkshire pudding that I had ever seen and she ate it right away with some whipped cream! It just appeared so delicious so I remembered it vividly. Will try your recipe when I have a chance. Thanks for sharing this with us. (I apparently didn’t have a recipe to follow as I was just paying too much attention to that HUGE pudding than jotting down the simple ingredients.) Thanks for sharing it with us.
