Thank You: Yorkshire pudding

the programme you referred to was one of Nigella Lawsons. my Yorkshire pudding looks like hers but the recipe is slightly different. I think the secret to a well risen pudding is to use the room temperature batter.
I forgot to say I use a 10 inch iron fryong pan - skillet - for the pudding. The oven can't be too hot in my experience.
