Recipe(tried): Yorkshire Pudding

Finally.....a perfect Yorkie recipe. Thank you Bea....I have been searching frantically for a few years now. I think that the cast iron skillet, hot oven and room temp batter made the difference.
As Jamie Oliver would say....positively pucker!
