Also can you freeze improver? as in powdered bread improver? I bought lots from my favourite bread shop but it has since closed down, so I stocked up yeast, bread improver and flour.

Janice - I think the improver should be fine frozen. Maybe someone else will have info to share - or maybe you can ask at the shop where you purchased it. - Happy Baking, Betsy
