Recipe(tried): Frozen Bananas

Desserts - Fruit
Frozen bananas defrosted will be mushy. A favorite of mine is to peel each banana (if bananas are large, cut in half) and individually wrap in alum. foil. Place into freezer and allow to freeze. When ready for a chilly treat, take a banana out of freezer, roll down some of the alum. foil and eat. Banana will be hard at beginning (still frozen) but best when half-way defrosted. Delish and bananas aren't wasted. Kids love these as well.
