Micha, this recipe was given to me by a wonderful friend who is a chef/cooking teacher in Canada. Her recipes never fail and everyone who tastes this just falls in love!! It comes out a beautiful burgundy red with the red onions....very festive!! Happy Holidays and God Bless.
