Thank You: Crock Pot Barbecued Beef

Misc.
Hi Kel (Kelly)
Wow, what a fast reply, thanks! I do have a crock pot, and except for the liquid smoke, this sounds exactly like what I am looking for; my hubby's taste buds will be the test. His first wife died from breast cancer in her 40's, back in the 1950's and he clings to all of the great memories of her and their life together. And, if I can bring a pleasant memory, into reality for him, it would be good for his soul. He is 85, a cancer survivor, has diabetes and arthritis and just plain hurts all of the time and renewing some pleasant part of his life, in better times, is just a small 'I love you' gift from me to him.
