re: Crock Pot Barbecued Beef

Went to my hubbies favorite meat market, yesterday and purchased a smaller arm pot roast and browned it first, then removed it from the Dutch oven and drained off the cooking oil and then removed all of the visible fat from the pot roast, returned it to the kettle with all of the ingredients in your recipe. I then baked it in the barbeque sauce in a slow oven. The roast is done, now and shredded up very nicely. Can't wait to have it for supper tonight to find out how my hubby likes it; it sure smells great.
