If you wanted, you could double the amount of marinade for the shrimp and use half of it for the vegetables, then marinate, skewer (or use a grill basket), and grill them too. Thinking back about this meal, I realized that there was a lot of cheese in it. At least it wasn't triple cream brie :-)!! Yikes!!!
