Thanks for this recipe - I collect fast and no-fuss recipes such as these because I can never have too many to try out on family and friends!

Have you looked at the "banana pudding" post on the main TKL message board - I have a message over there with your name on it telling you how wonderful that Banana Crunch was - my husband and our neighbor asked me when I'd next be buying some bananas so I could make that dessert again! It's a keeper!
