THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR FAST REPLY. I NEED TO MAKE MY PRESERVES TODAY. HAVE A BATCH, BUT WILL PROBABLY DO SOME MORE & TRY DIFFERENT RECIPE. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR FRIEND'S SPLENDA FREEZER JAM RECIPE. I HAVE ALWAYS WORKED FULL-TIME & AM NOW A STAY AT HOME MOM AT 48 & WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DOING SOME OF THESE THINGS WHILE I CAN.
