Thank You: Karen - England Re: Pad Thai

Hi Karen:-) It's good to see that you are checking in now and then! The woman that gave me this recipe (not really a recipe - just verbal instructions since I told her I had never made Pad Thai before) actually mentioned to leave out the peanuts because she thought it would go better with the Arctic Char. I think that lime juice and cilantro can be added, as well as peanuts, when not using Pad Thai in the way she was using it. Anyway, I wanted to thank you for your recipe for Pad Thai. It sounds yummy! I have copied it for trying the next time I am hungry for something Asian.
