Thank you all for the help! My leftover tofu wont go to waste ever again- I am glad that I finally asked (have been wondering about this for a while, but had never tried it until now)and so appreciative of all who answered (so quickly!).

Thanks for the recipies, Micha, I plan to try them soon. Its great to have some specifically for frozen tofu.

...and Karen: yes, I am Jackie's daughter- she inspired me to try posting some questions :)
you guys do have a great website here!
