No problem! :)

Misc.
Although i am not veggie, alot of the things i make for my partner are - no time to make 2 separate meals (though he no longer claims to be veggie cos he now eats fish) it's always good to get new ideas, besides, most veggies or people who have to cook for them are pretty adept at converting recipes and your suggestion of using veggie sausage is a good one. With the advent of a greater variety of veggy alternatives it's now easy to make almost anything with the substitutes. Anyone want easy recipes using the quorn products i'd be happy to oblige - e. g the veggie version of chicken in white wine sauce.....etc?
