Hi Chiqui!

So good to see you posting again!! Many thanks for the delectable recipe for the pork, I was salivating as I was reading the ingredients....yum!!!

How are your plans coming along for moving to Asheville? We are not moving to NC just yet...we did go and hunt for homes in Charlotte (too expensive) but I do look forward to doing it again. Next time I will hunt in the direction of Winston-Salem, some friends have told me that it is wonderful up there.

Have a fabulous Mardi Gras and I wish I were there to savor that pork!!
