Thank You: MMMMM. Thanks for this one, Betsy ....

Misc.
Hello to anyone who opens this.

I am terribly sorry but I haven't been around all that much. What have I been doing? Well even though I am a middle age lady, I did not have my driver's license. I got my beginner's and I have taken the classroom part of the Driver's ed. I just need to get out there and drive.

Here in Canada it is a graduated system so I will not have a free and clear license for a minimum of 20 months. I need someone to drive with me for the first 8 months. That is down from one whole year if you do not take Driver's ed.

I also bought my first car. She's a real beaut. My budget was limited but I wanted as good a car as I could get for that money. I got a 1999 Honda Civic and it just happened to be in the colour I secretely wanted too! (Silver.)

I just finished filling out a ton of paperwork as I am hoping to have the gov't pay for my Chef training. I have now decided to take the full 2 year course. The 2nd year is management related. I have rec'd my acceptance so all is a go for Sept.

I am wanting to move to the next town as it is closer to the campus and that city has a better bus schedule to the school. (Since I need someone driving with me that has had their license for a minimum of 4 years, taking the bus will be easier. I'm not from here so just finding people to take me out driving and in my car to boot is tough enough.

That's the big stuff. Sorry, might not be around much in the near future either. Hi and love to all.
