Thank You: Pot Roast with Vegetables in a Roaster Oven

A big thank you, too! I know 2 1/2 years later, but I was ready to get rid of my roaster because I never use it! But decided to take it out during these hot summer months and I didn't realize what I've been missing! Yes, a cool kitchen!! Now to hunt for some great recipes :).
