Misc. My apologies for not thanking you sooner for the biscotti recipe. The ingredients sound right - the cookie I had was a square, shortbreadish, crumbly cookie. I might need to buy another and carefully "analyze" it as I eat it !! I might try adapting a shortbread recipe with the cornmeal, anise & lemon ingredients.
