Dear Kelly -
Thank you so much for the recipies!! They look great... Needless to say the idea of doing ALL the food for my daughter's wedding reception is a bit daunting. But I'm hoping that making most of the food weeks ahead of the actual date will take a lot of the stress out of things. And since I have women to help heat and put out the food, the actual day of the wedding, hopefully I will be able to relax and enjoy the wedding day instead of spending it in a panic! Thanks again for your help.
