Thank you Betsy for recipe! This sounds very close to the recipe I remember. I'm going to try it. I DO remember there was no cottage or ricotta cheese in the Miriam recipe. Did you know they sell those old Miriam B Loo cookbooks on Amazon? Thanks again. So kind of you.
