Your recipe sounds good, but that is not the one I am looking for. The one I want is slightly sweet and savory and definitely a jam.

The ingredient list is Braised Onions, Roasted Garlic Cloves, Pure Cane Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar, Black Pepper, Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid, Spices.
