ELEGANT HAM BAKE
2 cups cooked medium egg noodles
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of vegetable soup
1/2 cup milk
1 (11 oz.) can small peas with tiny pearl onions, drained
2 cups diced fully-cooked ham
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 cup crushed cheese crackers
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Combine noodles, soup, milk, peas with onions, ham, parsley and mustard. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Combine crackers with butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree F oven 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 4-6 servings
