Hi Carol,

Thanks for posting this recipe....I may be one of the few people who actually loves soymilk. I drink White Wave Silk Vanilla flavored soy milk...8 oz. in the morning with all my vitamin pills and 8 oz. at night with my calcium for a good night's sleep. They also make soy creamer which I use in my Green Tea in the morning. I am also cutting up my tofu into cubes to enjoy with my salad. I enjoy Miso soup twice a week...my DH says I am turning into a health nut at age 45!!! Better late than never, I say!!

Ever since I started getting hot flashes in February, I have been reading everything I can get my hands on at the library and on the Net.

I feel like I am 20 years old again with lots of energy. I would like to believe my good feeling is due to the vitamins and supplements I am taking to help me cope.

I didn't want to take any synthetic hormones, I wanted to do it naturally and I'm feeling just wonderful.

I do want to thank you for thinking of me with all these wonderful tofu and soy recipes you dig up. I am accumulating them in a file in the kitchen for when I use them.
