This sounds fantastic, and I happen to have a big package of boneless beef short
ribs in the freezer! Thank you for sharing. Regarding the kimchee, I have
never made it myself. I used to have a Korean roomate who had it around quite a
bit, so I know I like it, but would a jar from the supermarket be
acceptable(good brands??) or do you recommend homeade?
