Clive,

I knwo this dish very well but couldn't pin down the exact taste that the one we all enjoy in our local Korean restaurant... I talked to a friend not long ago and she told me that my recipe is all right but I need to add MSG to enhance the flavor... (She told me that she uses and most Korean chefs use it in the restaurants...) I decided that I will stick with my own invention for now as I, for one, do not use MSG. Thanks anyway.
