Dear Hobbs and meme,
thank you for your quick responses and ideas...my grandmother makes a fabulous baked cheese grits recipe for Txgiving and I just don't know if cornmeal would be nice but maybe I can find a coarse ground one? Will try it and post results! Ta again!
