something my kids are always whipping up are smoothies made with the tofu soy desserts that come in different flavours. I just picked up a big pack at Costco this morning.

I bet they are awesome with some avocado and ice cubes, too! And you get your soy, which is good for you, and not that easy to sneak into your diet. In my experience, anyway.

I'm going to try it, thanks motivating me!
