Thanks for the feedback! I will give these a try, but I'm not sure if either one is like what I had. It's not made in a loaf pan, the bread was flat and round about 1 inch thick and had a lot of different spices in it. Cinnamon for sure, maybe ginger, cloves, allspice etc....
