Glad you like the sound of it! I know that there are so many delicious recipes on here to try but give it a go if you ever have time - it's a real keeper. Jackie - Don't know why i didn't think of posting it before for Emily.......i guess i was too busy thinking about the Quorn for her LOL! :)
