I have been scratching my head trying to work out how to use the last of the buttermilk I have so as not to waste it. We have made smoothies, pancakes & bread with it & the freezer is already full of muffins(slight exaggeration but around 50). I had forgotten you can make scones(you call them biscuits) with them. Thanks again for the recipe.
