ISO: Buttermilk or baking soda biscuit recipe

Hi! I am looking for a buttermilk or baking soda biscuit recipe like the kind you get at KFC. A low fat version is welcome as well. I am looking for a recipe that is quick to make and makes fluffy biscuits. Thanks in advance for your help.
