Thank you, Carol - I have to admit that it was a really nice meal, and that my lovely date appreciated it more than I could have imagined. He actually used words like "layers of flavor" and "contrasts" when he was gushing - so he has promise on the food front - especially since his main meals consist of delivery pizza!

He feeds his 3 sons every day now (extremely picky eaters, all) and I've been trying to find quick and easy recipes he can make for them. I have found several on this site, of course, but any help would be appreciated. I'm afraid I'm not savvy on cooking for people who won't eat ANYTHING!!

And, I can promise that my date was an unqualified success. Thank you for asking.
