that makes sense to prepare it that way. I'm still operating on pregnancy brain freeze (and will have THIS excuse for a while - lol!) and didnt want to mess this up winging it. I'm going to serve cold boiled shrimp, roast beef, rice pilaf, roasted veggies, salad bar, asst breads including the fabulous rosemary focaccia from the copycat board, vegetable casserole in a dijon cream sauce, relishes and appetizers. I thought the grecian chicken would fit in well with this mix.

Naturally each guest offered to bring something, so rather than try to figure out what they could bring that would fit well, I decided on dessert. A dessert buffet seemed like the perfect finish to a buffet lunch!
