Grecian Chicken Answer for Julie...

Misc.

Hi Julie,

Hurray for you...you are having company and what fun it will be!! I know exactly how you feel about prep time and cutting corners, etc. I always prepare my casseroles the night before so all I have to do is pop them in the oven.

Regarding the Grecian Chicken, TRUST ME...they will be a hit, they are sooo good!! I would prepare the filling the night before and the day of the party, stuff the chicken breasts and drape the bacon over and lay them all in your baking pan and cover tightly with plastic wrap so that the breasts do not dry out. Then before the guests arrive pop them in the oven.

Oooh, you are gonna get rave reviews and...be prepared to give the recipe out.

Happy New Year Julie!!!
