Your recipe indeed does sound easy to do -- I understand about your not being able to post right away as I just moved and it took me a whole week just to FIND my crockpot to try the yummy chicken recipe Julie C. posted. But now that I have it on my counter, I will give your recipe a whirl and let you know how it came out for me.
