Recipe(tried): Dinner while on Call...

Menus

Hey everyone!!!

I am frequently on call where I work... so last night, since it's been cooler than usual, I wanted something rich and creamy, simple to make and complex in flavors....and yet something that if I had to leave at a moments notice would still be OK for when my companion arrived home from work...

I ended up deciding that something in the CrockPot would be perfect. After looking through many recipes... Decided that Chicken Cordon Bleu with a mushroom sauce would fit the ticket... and then served it over rice...

I'm really glad I didn't get called out... cause it was just what I was craving.
