Thanks for the recipe i shall try it :) just one more ? for you.

I have read lots of these recipes. I was wondering if lime is the best way to make pickles crisp and you use any of these Kosher recipes that call for brine water and do them in lime instead. Would I be able to do this and still come out with a good, safe product.
