Thank you so much for all the great ideas. I sent off some brownies and some pecan/chocolate chunk bar cookies and wonder if the pecan cookies are too gooey! We'll find out when they arrive in Utah. I hope your son enjoys Madison. It sounds like he is a long way from home. I plan to make the cookies you suggested for the next several packages. When you say the disposable containers do you send them in the big 9 x 13 casserole type or the Glad Lock boxes? I hadn't thought of those and that's a great suggestion. I also liked the idea of the fruit leathers,etc.
