I went online and found your wonderful cookbook thru Amazon - very professional.

Somehow I doubt that ours will be in that category! We do plan to have it be for fundraising, but just as a supplement to the budget of the association, not for a specific project like yours was.

Betsy steered me to a couple of books that show how to set up each recipe, and you allude to the same thing - having a form to go by for everyone makes alot of sense. Where did you find that form, or did you make it up.

When I made the announcement at our last dinner that we were going to do this, a gentleman raised his hand and made the suggestion that we include a section for MEN - as he put it "we're widowed, and impaired - we need help with the basics - and you could put telephone numbers in for Dominoes and Rib City" Lots of laughs here.

Thanks, Nan for your suggestions and anything else you can help me with, I'd appreciate - Betsy has my email address if you'd care to write further.
