If you are only going to be selling these cookbooks to members of your association and not to the general public, you may want to do something simple like I did for our kids a few years ago.

I typed the recipes in microsoft word and then printed them on some paper I found at Office Depot, that has a pretty border of different foods.

Then I put them back to back into plastic page protectors and then into loose leaf binders. The binders have a plastic cover that's open at the top, so I could slide in a title page.

The binder lays nice and flat when you're using a recipe and if something happens to get on the page protector it,s easily wiped off.

Most of my kids are not what you would call "cooks" so I simplified most of the instructions (as you can probably tell from some of the recipes I've posted here"

This is just a thought. You may be looking to do something a little fancier than this.
