that was so interesting and informative, I learned a couple of things I didn't know. I only buy cane sugar, but sometimes have wondered if it is just my imagination that it makes a difference in baking. I believe it dissolves easier in liquids also. I have wondered about the difference in 3x and 10x sugar. Thanks again for your post.
