Many thanks for all the great recipes for beef tips on rice. I used the second one and it was truly delicious.
I had to laugh when I saw your list. The first recipe you sent me is from a woman in my own town. So my request for a recipe went around the world electronically, was answered by woman who lives on another continent who sends me a recipe from someone in my own town. That's technology!
Anyway...many, many thanks for your help.
