I will try the recipe you gave me I now have several recipes, so I can try them all and then choose wich one I prefer, and if I like them all I can vary my tastes. As for you saying your recipe seems plain I spent several years in Israel and the foods in the Old Arab restaurants and cafes, I found to be the best mainly because they are traditional.
